Managed Services is a hot topic in many businesses; however, executives struggle to understand the cost justification when they employ their own IT staff. IT also struggles as they are concerned about their job relevance within a managed services environment. This session discusses the cost justifications around managed services and how outsourcing IT based workloads will allow IT staff to better align with the business and increase efficiency.
